Long Form - 4 Guests
The following example is an online registration form for a golf tournament. Lunch and dinner is included with the option for additional lunches and dinners. This form is using all the available fields for collecting contact information and was derived from a 'Long Form 4 Guest Template'. The example has been shortened for display purposes.

Short Form - 4 Guests

Redirect Form
An optional 'Redirect' can be configured for after submitting the online registration form. This can simply be a 'Thank You' or provide a link for more information.

Process Registrations
TournaKit Pro receives and creates a unique database record for each submitted online registration form. Processing takes place one record at a time and is initiated by the user.
Received information can be easily reviewed and compared to existing data before processing.
TournaKit Pro internal systems check data integrity and will prompt the user for assistance if needed before completing the process.
The following examples are taken from the "Long Form - Full Fields 4 Guests" template as shown in the "Registration Forms" section.
Step 1. Receiving Submitted Online Registrations
Robert Anderson submitted an online registration form with 4 guests. TournaKit Pro has received and created 4 unique records from this information. The below screen shot is a list of the 4 newly created records from a single online registration form.
You can view or print the received data for each record. The below example is the data received from Robert Anderson.
Note: The data received contains event, contact and company information. TournaKit Pro will update the Contact and Company Directories along with this specific event.
Step 2. Comparing 'Received Data' to 'Current Data'
Continuing with the Robert Anderson example you will notice in the below example that there is no "Current Data" available. When we choose to process the "Received Data" a new record will be created in the Contact Directory, the Company Directory and then the event will be updated with the new guest information.
Before processing you can check the newly received "Reservation Details" against "Current Data" available. Reservation details are updated in the "Event" section and the contact's profile.
In the below example there is no "Current Data", this will not always be the case. It is important as an event planner to know when significant changes are occurring with your guest's reservations. Robert Anderson has committed to paying for all his guests and has entered payment information.
Note: Credit card account numbers should only be allowed when your using your own secure mail server.
Step 3. Process Received Data from Online Registration Form
Click 'Process' and TournaKit Pro updates your event and all the associated files to maintain accurate records and data integrity.
Note: In the below examples that all the fields have normal type font after processing. When "Received Data" is different from "Current Data" you will be alerted with bold type font. In the case of Robert Anderson all "Received Data" was new and therefore different. Scroll up to see the "Received Data" before processing.
Event Updated from Online Registration Data
Following our example with Robert Anderson, we will jump ahead after processing his three guests and show you the results in the Groups section of our event. The below record for Robert Anderson shows his newly created contact and company information, reservations, payment, and group guests.
