Flexible Addressing and Salutations
The "Mail To" preference provides a work or home default setting for mailing to each contact. TournaKit Pro provides a Switch function to change the contact home address between two residences. Salutations can be casual using nicknames, formal, or to couples. The blue highlighted fields are all used in labels, letters, and envelopes.

Easy Mail Merge
Check out how easy TournaKit Pro handles complicated mail merges.
The following example is a typical situation that faces administrators when writing letters to a large group of contacts.
Example:
You are writing a group letter to your members and prospective members. Your first preference is to have a couples salutation except, most of your contact records are individuals. You also want to send your letter to the home address but, almost half of the contacts only have a work address.
With a few clicks TournaKit Pro will take care of of all the different scenarios your data presents. From the Print Options window select the appropriate choices and TournaKit Pro will handle all the details.

Mail merge results from the above example.
- 856 letters were sent to the home address
- 511 letters were sent to the work address
- 336 letters contained a couples salutation
- 1031 letters contained an individual salutation

Document Database Centralizes All Correspondence

Microsoft Word is used in the background to generate all letters and envelopes. Users can modify the letter's appearance i.e. margins, styles, fonts etc.. by editing the 'TournaKit_Letter.dot' template.

Activity, Donations, and Expenditure Profiling
Contact profiling is automatically generated from financial transactions that are created from the 'Events' section. At a glance you can view the contact's maximum, average, and total spending/donation dollars.

A detailed record of each donation or expenditure is automatically created in the
'Event History'. You can easily view each transactions used in calculating the profile.

Send Individual and Group Emails
Easily send email from the Contacts section. You can turn email on/off at the contact level. This feature provides control over who receives email when you are sending a group email to your entire contact list. Group email recipients are selected by query through the Condition Builder.

Create Invitation Lists for Your Events
Invitation Lists are used to quickly populate the Invited section of an event. You can easily create an Invitation List with records from Contacts, existing events, or both. Import one or more lists into your event and save hours of data entry.
